frequently update and/or replace our servers to serve
you better - pun certainly intended!
Showing up at this page usually means that somehow
your computer still "thinks" that the mercury.charlesworks.com
website is still located on the previous web server or
your Internet Service Provider (ISP - the company who
provides your connection to the Internet - like Comcast
or Road Runner or Verizon or Fairpoint for example) has
placed a backup DNS server (their machine that looks up
and directs you to websites) online that has what we
call "stale information".
What you can do right
now to possibly fix this is to try one of these:
1. Clear your
Internet cache by simply refreshing your web
browser. In most cases this resolves the problem
right away.
2. On a Windows based machine, another way to clear
your Internet cache is to click on the "Start"
button and go to "All Programs", then "Accessories",
and click on the "Command Prompt". Then type in "ipconfig
/flushdns" (there is a space between the "g" and the
"/" characters) and press "Enter" key.
